Lecturer in Economics, Brown University, Providence, RI. The Lecturer will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in economics, with a focus on areas such as industrial organization, finance, public economics, mathematical methods, OR macroeconomics. Additional responsibilities include advising students, maintaining an inclusive and diverse academic environment, and contributing to the community through exemplary teaching and mentorship. The Lecturer is expected to teach four courses per year. Minimum education requirement: PhD in Economics or related field of study. Other special requirements: 1) Priority given to candidates with a demonstrated record of excellence teaching courses in the areas of industrial organization, finance, public economics, mathematical methods, or macroeconomics; and 2) Strong record of advising and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
