Brown Economics Honors student Benjamin Moshes, along with his brother at Northeastern University Joshua Moshes, have developed a tool for tracking the effects of the new congestion pricing in New York City. Moshes created a tool that tracks commute times across various areas of Midtown, where the pricing has come into effect. The tool also compares commute times to Boston and Chicago, providing a control comparison. Professor Oster celebrates her student's achievement, indicating that it allows for data tracking that organizations may not be doing themselves.
