Brown economist's article among the top-cited QJE articles from 2015

An article by Anna Aizer (Brown University) is among the most cited 2015 articles published by the prestigious Quarterly Journal of Economics. The article shows that incarcerating juveniles lowers their high school completion rates and results in higher adult incarceration rates.

Moreover, incarcerated juveniles who do return to school are more likely to be classified as having an emotional or behavioral disorder.
