At Brown’s 248th Commencement, which took place Sunday, May 29, 2016, Brown’s Economics Department awarded more than two hundred degrees in Economics and its joint concentrations with Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, and Computer Science. 150 students earned the AB in Economics, 51 earned the AB or BSc in Applied Mathematics – Economics, 9 earned degrees in Computer Science – Economics, and 4 in Mathematics – Economics.
